Some “Facts and Figures”

  • Beccy began riding in Long Distance when she was 6.
  • She competed in her first Endurance ride (Breamore) when she was 12..

  • She has ridden and competed on some of the top horses in GB including Regency Prince (Barbara Elwell), Tammy’s Bobby (Mary Gray), Tawmarsh Tara, Rani Tarina (Marcy Pavord), Penmor Omariff(Rick Wiggans), Tarka (Lesley Caswell), Genalog Golden Minstral (Fran Hibbert),
  • She has competed in at least 20 International Rides including the European Championships (2001), The Dubai World Cup (2002), WEG (2002) and the WEC (2005).
  • She has crewed some of the worlds and GB’s best riders including Hassan bin Ali, Ali al Muhairi, Lori Stewart, Rick Wiggans, Marcy Pavord, Sue Rogers, Denise Falsetta, Lesley Caswell.
  • She has also crewed the Bahraini Royal Al Amiri team in GB, Ireland, France and Bahrain.
  • She has attended several Championship events either as a spectator, crewing or riding. She was crew to Denise Falsetta when the GB team won the Gold medal at the European Championship in 1993 and the crew won Best Crew Award, she has crewed for many GB Teams before this and since.
  • In 2001 she was the top British based rider in the World FEI rankings.
  • In 2002 she was placed 36th in the FEI World Rankings.
  • Her stallion Murmansk was placed 4th in the FEI World Rankings for competing stallions.
  • She has been chosen to represent GB as an U21 and on the senior team.
  • In 2002 she won the 100 mile Team Spirit relay riding 4 of her own horses in the minimum time allowed. This has never been done in the history of the event.
  • She was 27th in the 2002 Dubai World Cup.
  • In 2004 she was ranked 36th in the FEI World Rankings and was the 2nd placed British rider whilst her stallion Murmansk was ranked 4th in the World Stallion Rankings.
  • 2005 saw Beccy representing TeamGB at the World Championships in Dubai and qualify as a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist.
  • An International break in 2006 saw Beccy competing at lower levels and producing future stars
  • 2007 brought Beccy success in bringing her homebred to complete her first 160km FEI3* and also saw her qualify as an Equine Sports Massage Therapist
